Meet Cindy

30 Years of Clinical Expertise.

One Relatable Voice.

The Mission: Clarity Over Noise

I’ve spent over thirty years immersed in the daily lives of families, navigating the beautiful and often overwhelming world of infant development. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist and Early Intervention Specialist, my career has been defined by a single mission: giving babies the best possible start. From the high-stakes environment of the NICU to home visits across the globe, I’ve seen firsthand what parents actually need in this digital age—and it’s rarely more "noise." It’s clarity.

A Clinical Foundation Without Borders

My expertise is built on a global scale, and my experiences go beyond the numerous states I have worked in to support families. I have served as a contractor for the U.S. Military’s Early Intervention Program across Europe, and consulted for special education students of foregn service families, navigating complex systems and diverse family needs with precision and empathy.

My passion for global health also led me to Guatemala, where supervised the next generation of Physical Therapists on three mission teams. Working everywhere from high-pressure ICUs to rural mountain communities with limited healthcare access, I have spent my career translating complex medical concepts into actionable support for families, regardless of their resources.

The Educator & Author

Beyond the clinic, I’ve worked to shape the future of the field. As a former Adjunct Professor, I mentored the next generation of Physical Therapists, supervising doctoral students and guest lecturing on the "Coaching Model"—an approach that empowers parents to be the experts in their child’s journey.

This desire to empower families led me to found Guiding Milestones and create the Sound Series children’s books. These resources bridge the gap between clinical science and the real-life "how-to" of parenting.

Today: The Expert Voice

My work has evolved from 1:1 clinical sessions to a broader stage. I now serve as a bridge between the pediatric wellness industry and the modern parent, helping brands communicate with authority and helping families find the milestones that matter most.

I bring a seasoned GenX perspective to the table: no-nonsense, deeply empathetic, and backed by three decades of hands-on experience. I’ve seen every trend from the 90s to now - I know what actually works.

A young girl sitting cross-legged on a rug, holding up a smartphone to take a selfie. She wears a yellow shirt with a dog and cat illustration and the words 'daddy's girl,' and blue patterned pants. There are plush toys, including a pink bear, nearby on the rug. Two adults are partially visible with phones, and there is a person with a VR headset in the background.
